Block Program Access

I would like to allow a program to have local network access, but not Internet/public.

The program, or service, in particular is Bonjour, used by iTunes. It's required in order to allow sharing of music libraries locally, but I wish to not allow Internet/public access.

I will play around with the settings. Should I have issues, I'll create a new thread, per your request.

Though I appreciate the opportunity to upgrade, I notice the my 'Subscription' days did not change.
