Hello
In that log I see traces from the old product(Bitdefender 2011). This could be the cause of the issue.
Please follow the steps from below:
1. Use our uninstall tool in order to uninstall/delete any previous BitDefender related files:

Access the link and when the window with the BitDefender file appears, please choose the "Save to disk" option. Save the tool on the PC, run it and restart the computer when prompted.
2. Install BitDefender using the latest installation kit available for download. Please note that you need to download (save) the installation kit prior to running it.
The BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2012 installation kit can be downloaded from here:
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/in...r_antivirus.exe
The installer will automatically retrieve your license key so you will not need to enter it again during the setup.

Hello,
today it is even stranger
- Windows troubleshooting shows update issue
- BD Update tab shows: Last Update today and any Autoupdate on/off or Update processing rules are disabled
- Events log: Last update on Nov 24
- Autopilot is On
I will reinstall and report.

Hello,
uninstall, reboot.
Installer did not automatically retrieve my license, had to copy it.
So far there are no issues, no disabled items or something. Autopilot is On.
Update tab -> Update now -> Ok
Events log -> Reboot required, reboot. Everything is ok.
Thank you for support, Cristi. I had some suspicions BD 2012 over 2011 installation went wrong but I was too lazy to sort it out if not your clear instructions. Especially when Skyrim is out.
