Trojan Downloader.avn

Hello I have a trojan downloader.avn in my temp internet files. bitdefender cannot remove it. I have followed path and tried to remove also without success

c:\WINDOWS\Temp\dec1ACA.tmp=>UDC6_0001_D19M1908NetInstaller.exe

help in deleting gratefully received.

I recommend that you try this download this tool called unlocker. Install it rightclick on dec1ACA.tmp click on unlocker in the shortcut menu. By no action select delete click first on unlock all.

Download also ccleaner

Do not forget to uncheck yahoo toolbar during installation. Start it and press on run cleaner. Be sure that you closed internet explorer.

Have installed unlocker and actioned what was said unfortunately it has not worked. window said 'no locking handle found' and 'object could not be deleted'

also ran ccleaner and it deleted lots of unwanted stuff but not 1ACA.tmp

??what next please

Reboot your pc but press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode press enter to confirm. Log in with your account. Try to delete the file.
