[resolved]bdts 2012 Fatal Install Error

I am receiving a fatal error when installing BDts 2012.

AMD Athlon 64x2 3800 2GHz

4GB RAM

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (SP1)

Turned off UAC

Downloaded and ran as admin BitDefender Uninstall Tool

Rebooted

Downloaded, unblocked and ran as admin bitdefender_ts_2012_64b.exe

Received Fatal error at something over 50% of install files stage.

Resolved: I had a file permissions issue on my machine
