Firefix - Very Poor Performance

Hi,

Today I have chenged my bitdefender to 2012 form 2011 and since that time I'am facing very slow response from my Firefox.

All sites are opening with extremely slow performance.

I using broadband 25Mbits and this situation is not unacceptable! Tell me please, how can I use BD2012 software if I have to wait to load site about 5min???

Verion of BD IS 2012:

bdtl.dll - 15.0.34.1416

httpvs10xu.dll - 1.5.0.23

I tried to disable all connected to firefox components but unfortunately it didn't help.

Uhm, i generated a report using BD support tool but i can't uplod it on http://www.sendspace.com/ because site is still loading and loading and loading........ same as http://www.mediafire.com/ WOW...

Also filesonic.com is not working

ok after circa 5min sendspace have loaded ok.... what a shame...

I downloaded my verion from http://bitdefender.marken.com.pl/pobieranie/dom--mala-firma and updated to last verion.

But ok, gonna try to uinstall and install verion from bitdefender official site. We will see....

I have already reinstalled BD and updated to last verion, currently my bdtl.dll is 15.0.34.1429. At the moment I'm testing my browser and let you know about observation.

But I'm not sure why i couldn't update my polish verion of BD to last compilation. It can be very clustrating for foreign user if their live update works incorrectly.

I was observing behavior of my firefox browser for a few days. And I have to say that firefox has still problem with loading sites.

Situation is not perfectly as was before - bitdefender 2012 installation. I made several tests between chrome and firefox and unfortunately firefox is still so slow.

Sometimes I have to manually refresh site to complete loading. But this situation happens only after bitdefender 2012 installation.

When I install Bitdefender 2012, I face with this problem too (Firefox very low but IE or Chrome is normal). But then I clean uninstall and reinstall Firefox, everything is normal. You try reinstalling. :rolleyes:

A product update was released. Your build should be 15.0.36.1530(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
