Bd 2011: File Vault Gone

Like many others, I upgraded from BD 2010 to 2011 and can no longer open my File Vault. This is very frustrating. The files are extremely important and I need to retrieve them ASAP. I have seen several threads on this. Please contact me with a solution.

Internet Security. I purchased BD2010 and subsequently upgraded to BD2011 on BD's recommendation. I can send you the license key if you wish. I also opened a ticket aith Customer Care (ticket id: 201112191025652) but have not heard back.

Starting with Bitdefender 2011, File Vault is only available in Bitdefender Total Security. Since you have a valid license for Bitdefender Internet Security 2010, a version that has File Vault integrated, I will change your current license key and I will offer you a FREE upgrade to Total Security. Only in this way you can use that module again.

Your new key will have the same expiration date as the old one and all the characteristics.

I will send you further instructions via email in about 20 minutes.
