For Bitdefender 2011, there was a tool named "Magnus" doing the subject job. In Bitdefender 2012, how do I take the backup of settings for re-installation?

But it is not running on some customer's pc it is running or some where it is not.
it gives error "The application has failed to start because of its side-by-side configuration is incorrect...."

it occurs many time in different PCs ... It would be a great advantage if adding this feature inbuilt with product. - as we already have it in Business Client
A feature request has been posted 2 months ago.
Our project manager will decide if it will be added in the actual product.
For now, is only available via the Magnus Tool.

Please try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable on that PC and reboot.

For Bitdefender 2013, the tool was not released.
