[resolved]problem With Registration

I'm trying to complete registration on Bitdefender total security 2012. I follow the link and it asks for my email and password. I have checked through all the emails I have received from bitdefender but all i see is my activation code which doesn't work as a password.


So I asked for my password to be reset, which I receive an email only for the link to take me back to the same screen and ask me to log in. So after spending about 30 minutes on a support line 0800-756-2955 which they remotely logged onto my PC only to find they have the same problem and couldn't help. They then gave me another telephone number 954 9282780 which is in the United States. As I am from the UK support from that number was not an option!!!


Please can you help?

    I would first like to mention that 0800-756-2955 is not the phone number for Bitdefender support. Our phone number for the UK is mentioned here.


    In regards to the encountered issue, you already created an account on 26-11-2011 under the email address you also used to register on the Bitdefender forum. If you can not remember the password, please use the forgot password link.

    It would be nice if you read my post before answering. If I didn't provide enough details I apologise and hopefully this post will satisfy you!

    Secondly your solution is my problem, screenshot below. As you see the link in the email I receive takes me back to sign in screen and not reset password screen.

    That website(the one you've mentioned in your first post) has nothing in common with our support team or our company, Bitdefender.


    An investigation will be started and, if necessary, legal actions will be taken against them for scamming our customers.
