well, it doesn't let her use the key on BDIS 2010 or 2011! BDIS 2012 tells her she doesn't have the min. req. and won't let her even install, let alone try to configure.

I can tell you fur sure that the keys for 2012 are compatible with Bitdefender 2011.

Bitdefender 2011 and 2012 can be registered using 20 or 7 characters keys. Older versions of Bitdefender can be registered only with keys that have 20 characters.

You can send me a PM with your license key so I can run it in the system.
