laptop mode is important as I have a heavy duty laptop and need to save as much battery power as possible.

did that twice already.
got response from danny starting it was a known issue and had something to do with xml not saving correctly.
same old issue will be resolved shortly, but it never got fixed our resolved.
just look at my ticket history and you should find support tool logs in your system.0 -

Now Paranoid Mode is disabled after restart even set to ON.

1) Enable Game Mode keyboard shortcut (when set OFF, it revert to ON)
2) Monitor Wi-Fi connections (when set ON, it revert to OFF)
3) Paranoid Mode (when set ON, it revert to OFF). This is very irritating problem.0 -

Wow I just purchased this piece of software based on review I would have not wasted my money...I cannot even save settings when using customized ...had to uninstall and re-install and go with factory default this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and after reading this and other post about this software not functioning properly well it was a waste of money.
it's sad state when a company has an outstanding issue with a simple save custom settings for over 3 months and yet fail to fix it....I sure as ###### like to know why the software get hi marks because in my book it average 5 out of 100 -

When you are a actual BD user, you'll understand what the program can do to your computer. This can never be a award winning program, just no way! Lots of bugs from the day came out, slow your computer more than a spyware and the support are crappy. They always promise a response at a given time but never happen!0 -

I can tell that the issue with Automatic Laptop mode that is set to OFF after reboot has been solved in .39 build.
The update is scheduled to be released at the end of this month.
When the update will be released on the servers, the changelog will be posted here.

Re-installation is time consuming and I am not interested in doing so. Rather I would like to add/configure the Update Servers for UK in my current Bitdefender which is for US? Is it possible? And why are you not releasing updated Build for US?
