Hello I'm a gamer I play the game A.V.A but.. when I try to start it abunch of messages come up and my pc freezes (these messages are from the program).. they say SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE BUT YOUR GAME HAS SHUT DOWN... Please help.. I turned on game mode and turn it off.. still same thing >..> I need help fast please 
I'm new to this software cause Norton ran out of subscription.. and i'm super confused but if this.. still continues I might have to switch AV-protection
