Please Help!

Hello! I'm not an expert in computers. I can't wipe away some files infected with Worm/VB.COX. I've tried with AVG and BeatDefender v.8 Professional Plus. But the files continue to appear allthough I've wiped them away previously. What can I do? Thanks! And one more question: Can BeatDefender v.8 Professional Plus work properly allthough AVG is still instaled and working? Thanks again!

Yes, BD 8 can work properly with most other AV products, since it doesn't have the real-time protection. The only problem you could have is that it can't scan some infected files, since the other AV product blocks access to it, if it has a real-time (on-access) module active.

BitDefender 8 Professional Plus does have real-time protection. Only BitDefender 8 Free doesn't have this module.
