How do you remove yourself as a customer from Bitdefender & Avangate, particularly Avangate. I have received emails reminding me that my licence is nearly ready to renew, which I won't be doing. I think auto renew is disabled because there is no option in my account to do this it just says remind me by email. also it says this will be enabled if I renew my licence, I don't want them debiting me for a new licence . Also I can't see any option to close my account or remove my payment details on there.
