Avangate & Bitdefender
How do you remove yourself as a customer from Bitdefender & Avangate, particularly Avangate. I have received emails reminding me that my licence is nearly ready to renew, which I won't be doing. I think auto renew is disabled because there is no option in my account to do this it just says remind me by email. also it says this will be enabled if I renew my licence, I don't want them debiting me for a new licence . Also I can't see any option to close my account or remove my payment details on there.

In order to manage your Avangate purchases, you need to login at:
https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/
In the automatic renewal emails, there is also a link provided to access the Avangate account.
In addition, I traced your subscription and found that there was no automatic renewal option active. I have unsubscribed the license as requested.
