decreased my internet speed[Just Bit but with update]

what i can do with bitdefender Total security 2012???!? <img class= " />

it actualy decreased my internet speed!!!

but when i Uninstall it, all problems with internet speed has resolved!

then bitdefender is the problem. i'm sure that, can you understand guy?????

there isn't one person that can solve this problem in this company??!?! <img class= " />

but now, i have another issue. it was remained from when i installed bitdefender but until now,

i had Patience against this problem ... but, i can't tolerate this for ever..

I have analyzed the logs and I have a final conclusion: the slowdown issue could be cause by IDM(Internet Download Manager).

Please follow the steps from here and upgrade to the latest beta version from their website:

There is a lot of thread on slow browsing and broken internet. The only solution so far I found on the forum is to rename bdtl.dll in safe mode.

Its only temporary because the file will be restored when BitDefender is updated.

Sometimes updating IDM(Internet Download Manager) fixes the problem.

Sometime disabling antivirus in advance settings works.

A product update was released. Your build should be 15.0.36.1530(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
