Bitdefender Avc Hv(device) Has Stopped Working

Hello Bit Defender forums, for the past 5 days Bit Defender has been a nightmare forcing me to do a clean reformat, upgrade to Internet Security 2012 which made more things stop working to the point of me having to downgrading back to Internet Security 2011 and I am happy with the 2011 software but there is one error that keeps coming up that is driving me crazy. I know the error has to do with Bit Defender's Active Virus Control but thats about all. When trying to update the driver from the BitDefender AVC HV Properties it tells me I have the latest one as well (3.8.5601.4190). I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, with BitDefender Internet Security 2011 (Engine Version 7.40400).

BitDefender AVC HV (Device status)

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

    Hi :)

As the new Bitdefender 2012 product suite was released, we would like to inform you that you benefit from a FREE upgrade to the latest version.

Apart from the fact that the 2012 suite brings lots of new features and improvements, it will most likely solve any issues that you may have encountered with your previous Bitdefender product.
