I've purchased a BitDefender Internet Security 2012 product on the following promotion:


"Buy a one year license and get the second year for free"


The offer is valid from 1 November 2011 till 31 January 2012. I installed and registered the product but under the "license info" it still shows that my product will expire in 364 days.


How do I claim the second year licence?
