Does Firewall In Autopilot Mode Block Anything?

I have installed the trial version a week ago and enabled autopilot mode.


The firewall log does not show any events being blocked.


Is that expected ?

    Yes, I got exactly the same problem. I am not sure if firewall does the work in this version. Can anyone please help?

    it works i have checked by myself ...


    Off the firewall than autopilot will also get OFF ..


    On the Auto-P the firewall will get on too..


    But agree it still lags ...


    does prompt but not every time


    Mine Build Version is 15.0.36.1530

    Yes. It does. A firewall does the basic thing. That is to block untrusted TCP UDP ports. If there's a program that you are using that is being blocked, you can get the port that is using and add it in the firewall's trust list. That should fix your issue.

    Only blocked events are showed in Events.


    Also, you can manually check the log located here if you what to know all events.


    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Firewall\bdfirewall.txt
