Since 14/1/2012 the application didnt do any successful update. got around 99 Error Event.

hello please provide operating system (with service pack) and bitdefender build number
also please check if you are authenticated correctly in mybitdefender (the email address is validated) and your computer date is correct

Try this, go "Settings">"update">change the default update location from "http://upgrade.bitdefender.com" to
"http://upgrade.bitdefender.com.edgesuite.net/"...
and try update it again.this works to me. or watch this video <
