Password Forgotten

Hello!

I seem to have forgotten my password to my Bitdefender and I can't change my settings. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction about getting help to reset it. Thank you!

I followed the instructions and I am logged in as administrator and my BD is still asking for a password. Any idea why?

In this case, please run that tool in Safe Mode with "Run as administrator".

[How to restart in SAFE MODE With Networking]

- Restart the computer;

- Press the "F8" key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu;

- Select "SAFE MODE With Networking"

If you have forgotten your password then click on forgot password link , you will get mail containing code copy that code and change your password
