Downgrade To 2010
I'd like to downgrade back to BitDefender 2010 and from searching through the forums I found that it should be a relatively easy process. I've uninstalled 2012 and installed 2010. However the only license keys I have are for BitDefender 2012 (mine and the bonus 5) and are 7 digits long whereas the 2010 version said it should be 20 digits? The error says "License key is less than 20 digits long," when I try a 2012 key in the 2010 version anyway.
What should I do to successfully downgrade back to 2010?
Thanks!

Hello
In order to use Bitdefender 2010 you will need a 20 characters key for the registration process.
Please send me via PM your email address and you current license key and I will talk to Customer Service department and they will change the current key to one that is compatible both with old and new products.
DO NOT POST THOSE ON THE FORUMS !!!
Thank you.0 -
I'm not sure, it can be confirmed by others, but didn't the 2010 version reach its EOL?

edit: Christian posted as I was typing, apparently it can still be used.0 -
Ah shoot, forgot to PM my email address as well. Gotta wait another 9 hours, unless it's fine for me to post it on here?
EDIT: Nevermind. I was able to PM again!0 -

I have found your email address in the system, it's the one from Hotmail.
I have forwarded your request to Customer Service Department and you will be contacted by my colleague George by Monday.
