Bit Internet 2012 Lifetime Cannot Activation

i buy bitdefender internet 2012 lifetime.

i recieve mail for how to install and regis product.

but in mail have only activation key but no have license key.

in program show message "the bitdefender has expired"

i try more than 20 time for insert key.

can you help me ?

I got a follow up question on this. When you say lifetime activation, does this only to Bit Internet 2012? What if its year 2015, it would say that my data is obsolete since the version is 2012. Does life activation means free upgrade to Bit Internet 2015 on so on?

First of all its PC lifetime key, and this is an average life of 5 years.

That key can only be used on that machines and of course as always, the upgrade to the new products is free to all customers.
