The default status of Yahoo Messenger Encryption is ON, but it is not changed to OFF upon the fresh installation of Bitdefender. It can be changed to OFF only when the system is restarted.

The problem remains even when the IM client is not installed. However I also tested it with closed IM Client and get the same results.
