hi , I want format my os partion , can i save uninstaller on flash memory ? will this work ?

If you install Bitdefender on a fresh new operating system, you don't need the uninstall tool because there are no Bitdefender files on that machine from previous installations.

You could save the installation kit on a USB stick.
