Poor Customer Service By Bit Defender

I have posted complaint vide ticket 201201291001231 on first week of Jan 2012., and till date no workable solution is provided to me.


Also, no reply to my reminder made by their customer care as on date.

Further note that the sbicapsec stock trading website using Sun Java ver 1.6.30 to connect with live stream quotes......


Is bit defender blocking the Java activities...?


Also, refer my email dt. 01 Feb., your customer care resolved the same issue for other customer...


However, no details is available in the forum...


This is first time, I have experienced that one of the most slow and technically poor service.. compared to Kaspersky, AVG and Norton (I have used in the past)

I have tried all the steps as you have recommended... except step 9 as my required page is an https page.


however, no result arrived out.. a screen shot is placed below for your reference.


Please refer your old docket 201104061008511.. some customer had sbicapsec stock trading platform...and faced the same issue of mine...


His issue was resolved by your team by ip config correction (as per your forum - http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=20723)


let me know, how the case was resolved in above ticket...?
