Where Is The Vault?

I bought a 2 year subscription so I have just upgraded from Internet Security 2010 to 2012 as guided by the emails I received from Bitdefender.

I have seen that many other people were also caught out by Bitdefender removing the VAULT feature. I personally think that this is so wrong, I have never heard of a company REMOVING a feature from a product.

In the meantime I need something to unlock this 30Gb secure area I have with VERY important files in for work, then I will get another product to secure my files.

Can someone please contact me ASAP to sort this out.

Hello Mart,

Since Bitdefender 2011, the File Vault feature was made available only in the Total Security edition. I will contact you via email with a solution to this issue.
