Hi Guys! I have a Windows Ultimate X64 Bits O.S. and I can not get BitDefender Total Security 2012

to install.

Would Norton DNS block BitDefender Total Security 2012 from installing? Any suggestions?

Tried to install on 2 different computer that are X64 O.S. and BitDefender Total Security 2012

will not install?

Thank you so much for your reply. I am sorry that I was not able to reply to your post. Got so busy at work and had to forget the installation problem for awhile. But I really want to install the software. How would I know that I have service pack 1 (you see I am not a real techie person). No error message but it would not continue. As if it is freezing. I just had to cancel because it is taking so long. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks for your patience.
