Is This Activation Email Legitimate?

Shortly after installing Bitdefender 2012 I got this email:

Is this legitimate? All previous emails have come from Avangate.

    Yes the activation email for the myBitdefender account is legitimate. Avangate is our online payment company and handles only purchase related operations.
