Can you install Total Security 2008 as Anti Virus only?

    No that isn't possible. I don't understand why you will buying an expensive version when you don't need the other features. The best solution is what s4u suggested is BitDefender Antivirus 2008. That offers only malware protection (viruses,adware,spyware,trojan horses,...). For a comparison take a look here
