[resolved] Fatal Error During Installation!

Hi!, having a problem with my new purchase of bitdefender AWAKE 2012, every time i try and install it scans everything fine then comes to the 'install files' part and i get a 'fatal error during installation' ...i've tried running it as admin and i still get the same issue...i've had issue with bitdefender 2011 in the past but i figured i'd give you guys another chance...but once again its becoming more and more difficult to use your program..how do i fix this problem.

    Also, when you removed Bitdefender 2011, have you used the uninstall tool?

    Hi, Basically my issue was permission related for some reason the access was denied to my 'appdata' not very computer savvy but i just basically right clicked on my admin account changed the permissions on the bitdefender folder and then once access was granted i just tried installing again, and it worked thankfully!


    and yes i did use the Bitdefender 2011 uninstall tool
