Have Free Key, Trial Version On Internet Security 2012 Will Not Install

HI,

trying to download and install a trial version of IS2012 so I can use the free serial a friend sent me.

I have downloaded the agent but cannot get the install past that.

Tried re-downloading and no luck.

The free keys runs out in a couple of days please help!!

Could you please tell me if you receive an error message? A screenshot will be wonderful.

[How to take a screenshot]

1. When the window is on the screen please press the "PrintScreen" key ("PrintScreen" is located at the top of the keyboard, at right. At this step we can not see anything, as the picture is copied into Windows's clipboard)

2. Open a graphic editing application (We recommend using the standard Paint program, that comes with every Windows installation (Start > Program > Accessories > Paint))

3. Paste the picture in a new Paint document;

4. Save the file in JPEG format (BMP format is too big to upload)

5. Attach the screenshot in your next post.

thanks for replying.

ive attached a screen shot - it opens the downloaders, processes for a moment then stops, nothing after that.

ive tried redownloading the installer, and also downloaded the removal tool run that and tried again, always fails at same place..

tried that - still wont install.

I get the black pop up box that processes for a few moments then closes and no further progress....

Could you pleas create another user from Control Panel -> User Accounts (administrator).

Log on on that user and try to install Bitdefender from there.
