Cannot Log Into Safebox
Safebox will not log in; it says 'You are not logged in', even though I am logged into My Bitdefender.

Do you have Auto Sync turned off? If yes, the behavior is normal.
Also, the connection to our servers could also be influenced by your internet connection.
