Migrating To New Os Using Clean Install
Hi there
Have new 2012 Internet Security installed on my PC running Vista Home Basic 32-bit. Recently have encountered intractable boot up problems and have decided to do a clean install of Windows 7.
How to I port over my copy of 2012 Internet Security? I have my original Order ID on file and also a Serial Number associated with that order but I'm not sure if that would constitute the required "Product Key" to activate any download copy that I run after installing the new OS.
If the Serial Number is not what is used can anyone help me to locate the key necessary to get the 2012 to activate with the new OS?

You will have to enter the old serial key in the product and activate it.
