I Can't Install On Xp With Sp3

"Bitdefender 2012 cannot be installed on your operating system." I have SP3 v 3311 on XP. Where to from here?

Windows XP SP3 v3311 is not the final version of the service pack, it the Beta version or the Release Candidate.

Please uninstall this version(from Control Panel - > Add/Remove Programs) and install the final one from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=24

After this, reboot and install Bitdefender 2012 by following these steps:

The one you are mention for WinXP SP3 is 32bit or 64bit version?

Also i have follow your suggestion in here - http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=29926 for my WinXP 64bit version and the file can't works...

And i'm very curious why you guys in bitdefender don't support WinXP 64bit version since many AntiVirus vendors still support it, sorry to say i just bought your product but now i can not use it on my 64bit version OS

Service Pack 3 for Windows XP 64 bit was not released.

Bitdefender 2012 can only be installed on:

Windows XP Service Pack 3 32 bit

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 32/64 bit

Windows 7 Service pack 1 32/64 bit

If you want to use Bitdefender on Windows XP 64 bit, please install Bitdefender 2011:
