Removed the following programs as requested:
- Spybot Search & Destroy
- Windows Defender
- Spyware Blaster
- Microsoft Antimalware
Rebooted and ran the Bitdefender uninstall tool using "Run as Administrator".
Rebooted and downloaded the latest installation kit from here (and on another machine and transferred to the machine in question):

I would like to get this resolved as this system is running without Firewall, UAC, and Antivirus at the moment. Thanks.
