Can't Sign In Yahoo Messenger After Use Bitdefender 2012
Hi.
I can't sign in to Yahoo Messenger after install Bitdefender total security 2012. I try to turn off firewall but it doesn't work as well. I try to uninstall the bitdefender and Yahoo Messenger works again.
How can I use Yahoo Messenger without uninstall Bitdefender? Or I should check for another product?

Hello
Welcome to the forums.
Which version of Yahoo Messenger are you using? Is it up to date?
Do you have the latest build of Bitdefender?

I have sent you the link. But I'm not sure if that's what I should send. What's the next step??0 -
Hello
I have found the source of the issue for your case.
You need to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 via Windows Update.
http://windows.microsoft.com/installwindows7sp1
After this, reboot and reinstall Bitdefender by following these steps:

All should be OK after this.
Have a great weekend!0
