I have reloaded BD on my computer which I just upgraded to Vista and I do not have a tool bar in Microsoft Outlook. I cannot find any place to have it installed. Is there any help?

Try this go to start,run,type regsvr32 C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender2008\bdo.dll press enter
Once you are in outlook click on free space and see if BitDefender antispam toolbar is selected. If not left click on it.
