I am back here with a final answer. I've talked to my colleagues from Customer Service Department. They say we should not remove serials from customers' accounts because it is easier for us to track all the background information about them and I am talking here order IDs, old products, etc.
Those licenses were not removed from your account. No worries, you can see there which is valid or not.
