Problems With Firewall, Antivuris Etc
For more than 1 month I'm having problems with Bitdefender 2012. Since I'm getting no replies from tech support (!) I would apreciate very much if someone could help me fix these isues :
1) Firewall - IDS allways starts at permissive level. When I change to another level and close the window, it returns back to permissive on reopen of the window.
2) Antivirus - AVC is allways turned off
3) Laptop Mode - off on startup
4) Sandbox not working - tries endlessly to logon
5) Tech support seems not working when called from Help and Support - that is, i get an automatic mail reply, but, from about 1 week ago, no technician seems to care with the problem.
I'm running version 15.0.37.1568 on windows 7

A product update was released. Your build should be 15.0.38.1604(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

I updated today to version 15.0.38.1604 and rebooted (I confirm it requested the reboot in the Events) but all problems still remain
