[resolved] Update Question !

Good evening. I have one question related to updating your product.


So far , as I could understand , in order to be able to perform updates on the 2012 products from Bitdefender , you will need to configure a Bitdefender account . After doing so , the status in the main interface from Bitdefender changes from Complete Registration to My Bitdefender. My question is this : is it mandatory to add your license key in the My Bitdefender account , under Products, followed by Add License , in order to be able to perform an update on your product ?

    Hi Sasha :)


    When you enter a license in one of our products and after that, you activate it with your Bitdefender account, the license is automatically added there, so there is no need to do it yourself.


    For the update process is mandatory to activate the product.
