hello i have recently come back from holiday and have discovered that i cannot access some websites eg. Facebook it came up with bit defender. then i remembered i installed the program for my son to stop him from going on 18+ sites and my 12 year old girl from going on Facebook. when i went to change the settings in bit defender prenatal control it came up and said i need to enter a password to continue i tried all of mine and it just dose not seem to come up.


I was wondering if you could send me a reset link or something of the sort to fix this problem.
