Slow Browsing

I am using bit defender internet security 2012. the day i installed internet security my browsing speed has slowed down,its taking years to open up a page.I am using windows 7 HOME PREMIUM which is being updated daily.what should i do solve the issue.

I have also just installed 2012 total security on 3 home PC's. All good spec. Browsing is painfully slow on all of the PC's. Am about to uninstall and go back to avast til I can find something else. How do I get a refund please?
