I suspect this adware is the source of my problems because this is the only one i cannot get rid of, using my bitdefender antivirus plus v10, they say failed to disinfect and move, and when i tried directly deleting it or moving to quarantine, they say that the file is in use etc and when i tried to shred the file it says that it is empty even though i set my Folder Options to display hidden folders.
It is located in my C drive- Windows- System32- labelled as urproqck.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\urproqck.dll
