Installation Not Working And Unclear

Hi,

The installation procedure does not seem to work.

Now I am launched 2012 and he is scanning my computer for viruses since 1 hour while showing 0% progress.

Am supposed to stay online while doing this - without any protection ? Am I supposed to leave him?

( I am sending this from another computer).
