I'm totally new to bitdefender, we bought a license for up to 3 computers however it seems that I'm only able to download the trial version. I did "register" a license on the www.bitdefender.com site but it didn't seem to do anything? Anyhow, I just recently formatted my PC and there's allot of programs which just wont work anymore like ps3 media server and msn messenger. Thought I'd mention that because its probably somehow relevant.
To the problem
When starting the installer it runs for about a second, estimating download time (no progress actually happens) and then the BitDefender Installation File has stopped working messages popps up.
I have tried

I'm using vista 32bit sp2 4gb ram 2quad 2.4ghz
