I Am In A Big Trouble!

Sir,Please help me.....I have downloaded Bitdefender Total Security 2012 trial from http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/total-security.html

it is of 2.15 mb and then I double clicked it and it started downloading and then open a new windows about registration then I selected to evaluate this product and installation starts.......But after few minutes it tells that there was a problem In downloading a file.check your internet connection,,,,,,,,,Please help me.it is not only one time but 10 times i tried to install it but the same result .So what the problem..please help me as soon as you can!!!!!!!!!!!

Do the following

i) Download Bitdefender offline installation kit from here "http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=27870"

ii) When the download is completed, then unplug you LAN cable or disable the wireless connection.

iii) Run the installation kit.

iv) Do as you see on the display. e.g registration, etc

1) Mention your system specifications?

2) Do you meet system requirement for Bitdefender installation, service packs, Internet Explorer 7 and higher, .Net framework 3 etc?

3) Did you installed any other Antivirus software now or previous?

Just wait it will install, even on my high end notebook it remains 0% then suddenly starts installing so that's normal

Depending on the operating system, it can remain a few minutes on 0% and then go to 80 directly.

In Bitdefender 2013 the installed will be changed and you won't encounter this situation.
