Some Problem During Surfing Net.

i'm using xp pro sp2 with IE6. recently i install bd internet security 2008. i encounter 2 problem

1st problem i think is mention in other post but just to highlight here which is pop up error for the visual C++ run time error. about he vsserv.exe. When this apprear the my PC will hang and need to hard reboot..

2nd, during surfing net some of the link once i click, IE will hang for awhile about 20 - 30 sec.. then back to normal but still show the existing page..

my english not good hope that you all understand. hope some one can help me to solve this 2 problem..

By the way since like this product got some problem can i ask for refund? hehe..
