No Licensekey After Renewal
I have purchased (this week) a renewal to our expired bitdefender 2008 via Bitdefender Nexway. I payed/purchased online, have received an invoice and separate software order via email. I was able to download Bitdefender but I could not register because the licensekey is not available in one of these 2 mails allthough I should be able to find it there. Emailing them gives me an error return mail.
I thought of uninstalling everything and install it again but now I get the error "installer does not have enough entrancerights for map c:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Update Service. The installation can not be processed. Anounce yourself as systemcontroller or contact the systemcontroller."
I beginning to think that my money has gone up in smoke?!
