I purchased and input the license key. However, when I try to register, no internet connection is detected-- even though there is a connection. I have spent all day with your support team. Tried to repair. This did not work. Used uninstall tool, fresh install-- same problem. Raised support ticket this morning but have not heard back.

Where do I find my support ticket? It's not in My Accounts. You guys sure don't make this easy. Haven't gotten any email from you since this morning- 8 hours ago when I created the support ticket.
I have been told many different things by your chat support which I'm told is in Bucharest Romania (in between when their connection goes down)-- one of them is that it is the fault of my proxy. I am using my iPhone as a modem through ATT right now. But I tried a different connection to a wireless DSL and same thing. Any chance you could help somehow? I am about to write this off as a dead loss and go with another Internet Security provider.
