Cannot Toggle Update Panel

The "Update Now" and "Auto Update" buttons are greyed out and I can no longer manually toggle them. I am logged in as teh Adminsitrator. I have had BD running since December and this just started a few days ago. It says "Last Update: Today" but has no time and the Update Event Log is completely empty. Completely. Of course I am concerned I'm being spoofed and it has not updated at all.

  • I should also note that I can make no changes in the Settings Update panel either. All are greyed out. That is the only panel doing that.

    I am having the exact the same problem as he is having. The settings is all greyed out and BitDefender is not updating. :(


    I am using BitDefender Total Security 2012.
