Hi, I'm new here, this is my first Forum "ever", and to BitDefender anti virus.


I scanned my system and found some virus in my computer and in the log it showed Disinfection failed but the files move also failed.


The following List is for the ones I couldn't remove and I want to delete them; I need help how can I find those files :wacko: and how to remove them permanently :wub:


Please, note that I listed them using ITEM# :ph34r: , so anyone can provide information by ITEM .


I don't now if 5 ITEMS is too much to list, but I figure that for some of you "out there" this is a piece of cake.

    You need to clear the System Information folder, where Windows keeps track of restore points in your system. To clear it, go to System Properties (right click on My Computer -> Properties), go to System Restore tab, and check the Turn off System Restore on all drives checkbox. Confirm by clicking on Apply. You really should re-enable it afterwards, by unchecking the checkbox and confirming with Apply.
